Fat-burning interval workout

Fitness routine which alternates physical exercise with brief relaxation. This alternation is used to enhance efficiency and endure longer before fatigue. Also, these exercises burn more calories, thus promoting weight reduction.

Core Exercise

The core muscles are the deep muscles next to the spine which hold it in place.
Core exercises work on the central body-muscles to create a solid foundation around the spine.

Physiotherapy

A complex of physical exercises aimed at treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapy helps to strengthen the back muscles, reduce load on the spine, increase joint mobility, and improve the body's overall health.

Circuit workout

High-intensity workout routine which works all the basic muscle groups of the body. The total duration is 30-60 minutes. This technique is suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced athletes. Dumbbells, exercise balls, and resistance bands may be incorporated in the routine.

Cardiovascular workout

An exercise routine which maintains an increased heart rate in order to strengthen and increase the endurance of the cardiovascular system.
Cardio exercises are high speed with small loads.
Also, burns many calories.

Aerobic dance with elements of oriental and gypsy dance

Fun exercise routine which reduces weight, strengthens muscles, especially the lower body — buttocks, legs, and abdomen, improves posture and coordination, and promotes cardiovascular health.
